This website does not take payments. It does not ask for card numbers, bank details, CNIC numbers or passwords, and visitors cannot create an account on it. Please do not type or send those details in the quote form or on WhatsApp.

The site does remember your light or dark choice (the "Lights out" switch) in your own browser storage. That choice stays on your device and is not sent to us. Who can see your information?
- The shop team. They read your request and reply.
- The people who look after this website. Quote requests are stored inside the website and copied to the shop by email, so the person who maintains the site can see them.
- Our hosting company. It stores the website and its server logs.
- WhatsApp. Messages you send on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.
- Google Maps. If you tap the map link, Google handles that visit under its own policy.
- The person delivering your order. They receive your name, phone number and delivery address.
- The authorities, only when the law requires us to hand information over.
How long do we keep your information?
The website keeps the latest 100 quote requests. When new requests arrive, the oldest are replaced. The email copy and any WhatsApp chat stay with the shop for as long as we need them to finish your order and answer after-sales questions. Invoices and sales records stay for the period the law requires. After that we delete them. You can ask us to delete your messages sooner, except where we must keep a record.
How do we protect your information?
The website is served over HTTPS. The quote form has spam checks and a security token. Only the people who run the shop and the site can log in to see requests. No online system is completely secure, so keep sensitive details out of messages.
What can you ask us to do?
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it or stop contacting you. Ask by phone or WhatsApp on 0313 2291500, in person at the shop, or through the quote form. We will answer within a reasonable time and tell you if we cannot do something, for example because we have to keep an invoice.
Pakistan does not yet have a single personal data protection law in force. The Ministry of IT and Telecommunication published a revised draft Personal Data Protection Bill in 2023, and a Tribune article of 24 August 2026 says it has still not been enacted. We follow the rules on this page now and will update it when a law is passed.
Is this website meant for children?
No. The website is for adults and businesses buying fire safety equipment and services. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
